Never Waste The Pain

7years ago Jaden today , the Lord chose to call you home. It was a shock, you were our brand new arrival and never in my wildest dreams didn't I think babies die. But that ushered me into a new journey and new world,a beautiful world.During the funeral, the pastor said there are treasures in the dark and I wondered, how can these be?   Do I miss you baby boy? Yes. Do I wish you stayed with us? Yes I do.7years later here I am, walking with others not just dealing with loss but life issues and my pain isn't wasted. I am a better person now because of you. You are loved and missed.

Happy 7th Birthday

7years ago Jaden, you ushered me into motherhood for a second time. My second born, my first son. It has been a journey with and without you. Celebrating you son. You are still loved and missed. Happy 7th birthday. I love this song. Trust in you https://youtu.be/qv-SXz_exKE Love you always Mummy

7years Later

I was interviewed many years after the loss of Jaden and Mummy Tales have reshare our story. Amazing how 7years later, things have changed and the pain was never wasted. Proud to be pursuing my masters in marriage and family therapy, to walk with individuals, couples and families who maybe in their own life journey and need to walk with someone. http://mummytales.com/sylvia-karega-of-sas-impressions-no-season-in-life-is-permanent/ Nothing in life is permanent and we share our stories to encourage someone else. Why we tell our stories

Why we tell our stories Listened this morning to TD Jake's interview on his book Crushing:When God turns pressure into power https://youtu.be/CzP23Zti-YI  . Very insightful.  We tell our stories, so that people know they can survive, So that they may know grapes turn to wine, The cross turns to crowns The pain turns to power The scars turn to stars.
