My Life

We read Psalms 66:8-12 yesterday and my heart was so encouraged. It talks of how we go through challenges but we emerge  as victors at the end. What comforts me most is that God walks with us through the rough patches. May you be encouraged today that whatever difficulty you maybe going through,it is for a short time and is to make you a better man. 8 Praise our God, all peoples,    let the sound of his praise be heard; 9 he has preserved our lives    and kept our feet from slipping. 10 For you, God, tested us;    you refined us like silver. 11 You brought us into prison    and laid burdens on our backs. 12 You let people ride over our heads;    we went through fire and water,    but you brought us to a place of abundance.  As a family we identify so well with this verses and we are now praising God after the fire and the water. I sit hear this afternoon very amazed at how God works. Am so grateful that He knows our hearts and desires and at the right time awards us  at His time. I must have mentioned how business was so low last month and how we aggressively went round marketing the kids furniture store. It was quite abnormal for it to be quiet from first to last day of the month. We are planning to travel and were trusting God to open a door for us to  purchase a few things for the shop and boy am I amazed. A friend today asked me what did Itold God because heaven's flood gates are open  and we trusting Him to do more for us. We have sold quite a number of items in the last few days . Isn't God awesome, I think He is. Thank you Lord. Blessings to you all.

On Saturday, SAS Impressions, our kids furniture store was exhibiting at the Kindergaten and Primary school  expo at Splash. It was a great milestone for us. Things went fine and Samara showed us how  much she will love school once she enrolls next year. Enjoy the pictures below, she had such a blast.
